GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Purchases made through the e-commerce site are governed by Italian law and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“General Conditions”), which are available on the website at the time of ordering. Any dispute relating to the conclusion, interpretation, and execution of sales contracts through Biebi Official’s e-commerce shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italy.
The Biebi Official website is intended exclusively for end consumers, meaning adults who purchase for purposes not related to commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activities, in compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments). Orders are subject to the following limits: up to 10 items per order, with a maximum total value of €10,500.00, and shipping is allowed only within the country from which the order is placed. Orders that do not comply with these criteria may be refused or canceled by Biebi Official, which reserves the right to reject orders that do not meet these requirements. Biebi Official also reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases: failure to verify the accuracy of the shipping address or billing details, and orders placed for resale purposes, which may result in the immediate cancellation of the contract via email notification.
Product prices vary depending on the country from which the order is placed and are displayed inclusive of VAT. Biebi Official may apply special promotions on certain products, temporarily modifying their prices. The features and prices of products are listed on their respective product pages on the website, while images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free for orders within Italy, while for shipments to European countries, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 46 hours of payment confirmation, and delivery times depend on the chosen courier. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor the shipment. The customer must ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package, or alternatively provide an alternative address. Biebi Official is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as strikes, customs issues, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the delivery of the products, without penalties and without the need to provide any justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a written communication via email within 14 days of receiving the order and return the products at their own expense within 14 days from sending the withdrawal notification. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, and with the tags attached, and the packaging must be adequate to prevent damage during transport. The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders of personalized products, as per Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code.
All products sold by Biebi Official are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity, pursuant to Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code. Biebi Official’s products are made entirely from vegetable-tanned leather, which is characterized by small imperfections and natural grain patterns, features of genuine leather that should not be considered defects. The use of vegetable tannins preserves the leather’s original tones, which will naturally evolve over time due to wear and exposure to sunlight. For manufacturing defects, a one-year warranty from the date of purchase applies. Products will be repaired whenever possible or, alternatively, replaced. If a product has a conformity defect, the customer is entitled to a free repair or replacement, or a price reduction or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible. To report a defect, the customer must contact customer service within two years of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the defect. Biebi Official will assess the request and provide instructions for returning the product. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, impacts, water, solvents, normal wear and tear, or minor color differences due to digital display variations.
Sales contracts with Biebi Official are governed by Italian law and the Consumer Code.
