Our 14-Day Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
• Your item is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item
This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Unio
In accordance with EU regulations, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without the need to provide a justification.
As with our standard return policy, the item must be:
• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
• If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
