At Biebi Official, we are committed to ensuring fast and secure shipping for all our orders.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days from our headquarters in Campi Bisenzio (FI). Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to the courier, who will take care of the delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping within Italy

Free shipping for all orders within Italy.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location and the courier used, but in most cases, packages are delivered within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping to Europe and the USA 

For orders shipped to European countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Delivery times vary depending on the country but generally range between 5 and 10 business days.

Additional taxes and customs duties can be charged by the customs authorities of your territory. 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package in real time directly on the courier’s website.
